In addition to giving our time and energies in service, Christians are commanded to give financially as an act of worship. Scripture portrays giving as a joyous act of worship, not a dreary chore. We give out of celebration for all the abundant blessings that God has bestowed on us. Christians serve a generous God and we strive to be generous people
